Now that LeBron James is coming to the Miami Heat, a local college business professor predicts James' arrival will be a slam dunk for the South Florida economy.

Coupled with the return of Dwyane Wade and the free agent acquisition of Chris Bosh, James' coming to Miami is going to mean a boost in merchandise and ticket sales, sponsorships and more, said James Riordan, director of the MBA sports management program at Florida Atlantic University.
