According to a source close to the FAU football team, wide receiver Lester Jean has been invited to this year’s NFL Combine held February 23 – March 1, 2011 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The 6'3" 195 pound receiver led Florida Atlantic, and the Sun Belt Conference, with 82.3 receiving yards per game in 2010 while hauling in 64 passes for 988 yards and 8 touchdowns.

Jean will have an opportunity to showcase his talents in front of numerous league scouts and coaches.

And that would be our First ever combine invite.

If true congrats to Lester! Show em that speed and athleticism.

Of course this is all before the combine or any pro days. Good showings at both can move Lester up the chart

This is the first time multiple attendees will go…current WR coach, and former Owls' QB Jared Allen went back in 2005, and later attended the Tampa Bay Buccaneer camp.
