AROUND THE SUN BELT CONFERENCE

· Over its last five games, UALR is shooting a combined 48.3 percent from three-point range (43-of-89) and ranks first in the Sun Belt and 11th nationally (40.9 percent).

· Senior Matt Mouzy is shooting 46.9 percent from long range over UALR’s last 11 games (23-of-49). Mouzy has made 184 three pointers in his career, leaving him 15 shy of Malik Dixon for second place all-time at UALR and 25th all-time in the SBC.

· Denver beat WKU 62-59 on Jan. 6 – DU’s first win ever at E.A. Diddle Arena – and ULM 66-57 on Jan. 8, giving Denver its first road sweep since Jan. 9 and 11, 2003.

· FAU is 4-0 in conference play for the first time since the 1996-97 season when they were members of the Trans Atlantic Athletic Conference (now the Atlantic Sun).The Owls will be looking for its first ever 5-0 start in conference play on Thursday when they play Middle Tennessee State.

· FIU is off to its best start in SBC play (3-0) since the 1999-2000 season, following back-to-back victories this past week. The Panthers have won three-straight games, and four of the team’s last five.

· South Alabama’s Augustine Rubit has grabbed at least nine rebounds in each of his last 10 games, including eight games of 10 or more.
