Stadium Topping Off

A stadium topping off event is to be held tomorrow - I assume before or near lunch as sandwiches are being provided to the construction workers. They are doing a great job - with almost a full six months to first game, it is looking great. I can't wait for the field area to be cleared and the playing field to be "installed".

Re: Stadium Topping Off

Well at 12:30 it appears the workers are eating under the student seating section and something is going on ob the southwest corner of the tower. I wonder if the workers get to be the first to sit the new blue seats in the student section, ya know, kind of a safety check, to watch the "topping off" ceremony. Whatever that is ? (I think usually a pine tree on top of the new building (I hope ours is a PALM)!!
