Physically Challenged Graduate an Inspiration
Wilhoite carefully made her way across the stage to receive her bachelor's degree in social work from Florida Atlantic University. Fibromyalga, osteoporosis and peripheral neuropathy made the walk slow and painful, but it couldn't dull her pride and joy at finally getting that degree with a nearly perfect grade point average. Her fellow students singled her out in celebration at Thursday's graduation ceremonies."
