just to paint a picture, it is a typical group dance team photo of all the girls, but a clear cut split into 2 groups, eight blonds on the left and the 18  brunettes on the right…. very weird!

Looks like they were trying to make room for the logo in the middle and they weren't spread far enough look at all the white space above them and below the header.
