As I suspected, he had the minimally invasive techinique; which offers a HUGE advanatge in that they do not have to cut any tendons or muscles to do the reapir to the ball joint.

"I was concerned about it happening right here going into the season. I wanted people to see that I got it, it is over with and I am going to be OK," Schnellenberger said.

"From the time I woke up after surgery I have not had any pain. It is pretty amazing what they can do nowadays."
