Tailgating within lots is subject to the following restrictions:
1. The activity does not impede to flow of traffic within the lot.
2. Is limited to small individual groups.
3. Large group tailgating (Groups larger than 20 individuals must contact the Department of Athletics for further information.)
4. Reserving of spaces within lots is prohibited.
5. Spaces within lots are reserved for vehicle parking only, setting up of tents, chairs, grills within spaces designated for parking is prohibited.
6. Tailgating within lots must conclude at kick off and is not permitted after the games.
7. Tailgating for student organizations is restricted to the designated student tailgating area(s). Program Registration of each organization’s event is required.
8. No solicitation, selling or marketing of any kind is allowed.
9. No loud music or profanity.
10. Tailgating is a vibrant and family friendly environment. Please be respectful of those surrounding you, being mindful of your choice of language and volume of music. We want the tailgating experience to be enjoyable by all. Groups are personally responsible for making sure their guest act appropriately.
11. All groups are responsible for making sure their tailgating area is cleaned prior to departing for the game. Tailgating spaces not completely cleaned up could result in the loss of future tailgating privileges.
12. Generators are prohibited
13. Personal tents/canopies must be 10' x 10' or smaller.
14. Propane cooking grills are highly recommended for tailgating.

FINALLY!!! Tailgate & Parking Info Released
Are the "decision makers" that short sighted to see that if we want to be "a real school" you will have to plan for peple showing up two days in advance??
If someone wants to RV overnight, they are going to send them home? Lol

But I am glad to FINALLY see the parking and tailgating plan, not too bad overall even if I do think $10 a car would have sufficed and kept change making much more simple.

A lot of this stuf HAS to be "On the books" so they can enforce things if it gets out of hand. If it wasnt they dont have a leg to stand on in case they need to crack down on someone.
Now I doubt they enforce these things very strongly. Its going to be very difficult to do so, and they do want to create a atmosphere of fun so I would imagine that as long as things do not get out of hand you will probably be able to do most things you want to.
I mean if you show up at 11:00 am for a 7 PM game, I doubt that anyone will even be there to "check " you in. You may get a drive by a FAU police officer but Im sure if you treat them with respect they will probably not give you a hard time.
And they DO have an RV lot that will have special hours and pricing. I asked Ted to look into the details on the chat.
Virgin territory Owl Fans, and these are nice problems to have. Remember we could still be dealing with the ATF douchebags at Lockhart.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick @$$ and I'm out of bubble gum.

$15 to park, even if you're a season ticket holder!!!
UCF gives you a free parking pass to nearby lots with purchase of season tickets. And if you're a single game ticket holder its free for further away parking lots.
And their season tix don't cost as much as ours.
So that's an additional $75 for parking on top of my $150 season ticket.

Parking is a huge source of revenue.
Im positive that if you are a season ticket holder you do get a break on parking if you buy the pass before the season starts. I think I paid $50.00 for my priority level parking pass. I would imagine its the same for regular season ticket holders.
Do you have a link for UCF's parking policy? I would like to see that. If you are picking up your tickets at will call for a single day game, how do they know that?
Look, FAU has a LOT to learn on this. They will make some mistakes. I dont think this is one of them TBH. Its not like someone is going to turn around if they have to pay for parking. They may not come back, but thats another issue. If they see the beautiful stadium, watch a good game, then 15 bucks will NOT be that big of an issue.
