What's the story on the Owl Walk?

Last night on the coach's show, Howard said it would start around 1:30 p.m. along the breezeway between the cafeteria and stadium. The team will walk along that route, presumably encouraged by hundreds or more fans.

I was wondering the same thing. I have seen different times and starting points. I don't want to miss it but I also don't want to waste valuable tailgating time either. Haha
