"We didn't play with the same defensive intensity tonight."
"Our offense, thank God we shot the ball well."
"You got to make your free throws, that game aint over til there's four zeros on the clock."
And that, they did.

He typically starts the season off slow…He'll come around, no worries thereNJOWL said
A few things:
- great game by Alex Tucker… 12 pts 10 assists
- sometimes I feel like Kore White tries to foul out.
- not trying to be a downer here, but our shooting really saved us today. 15-25 from 3 pt range. That is nuts.
- free throw shooting actually came through today. 15-18. 83 %
- what is wrong with Ray-Ray? We all know how good he can be. I really hope he can pull out of this funk. It would be great to have both him and Tucker. Hard to defend.

Re: Tournament Thread: 2011 World Vision Classic - Nov. 12th-14th
Ouch!
It was somewhat close at the break (27-21), but Florida International shot just 18.8 percent in the second half (6-of-32).
Not so sure the games against them are going to be close this year after all.
On a side note:
Georgia State has now won 5 straight.
