That would be the number crunching master himself, Mr. Phil Steele.
FAU’s all-time leading rusher, Alfred Morris, was named to the first team All-SBC. The senior led the Owls with 1,198 yards and nine rushing touchdowns on the season, and was second in the SBC in rushing (98.8 ypg).
Junior linebacker David Hinds was the lone selection to Steele’s second team All-SBC. Hinds was first on the Owls and second in the conference in with 110 total tackles.
Four players were named to Steele's third team: senior tight end Darian Williams (North Lauderdale); senior offensive lineman Samuel McRoy (Jacksonville); senior defensive lineman Kevin Cyrille (Miami) and sophomore linebacker Randell Johnson (Miami).

Wait…there was some talent on this years team? Say it aint so. How did Groody not make the list? Jarvis Givens probably should be on there too and you might toss in Bartels.
I agree, how would Groody not be on the list?
GO OWLS!

This right here is why those other players were left off. 100% of what PS does is based on analytics & statistics. Reading his magazine and his "Power Rankings" is like reading a math book.
