FEARLESS PREDICTIONS WEEK FOUR FAU @ ALABAMA

Post

Fall is in the air and with each passing week more teams lose their perfect records. This week will feature many undefeated teams looking to move to 4-0. This will be the only time this season that each of my Fearless Predictions will feature at least one undefeated team.

Around the SunBelt

FAU (1-2) @ #1 Alabama (3-0) 9/22

The Owls (1-2) are making an early season tour of the SEC. A road loss last week at #7 Georgia provided some much needed experience against top competition prior to heading to Tuscaloosa to face #1 Alabama. FAU comes in a 50+ point underdog and most people see this game as nothing more than a light scrimmage for an Alabama team that trampled SEC rival Arkansas 52-0 last week. FAU will come to play and I expect the Owls to come out swinging on offense. However, if the FAU defense showed its hand against Georgia, expect the Tide to roll for 400+ yards on the ground and to total over 700 yards of offense. On offense FAU QB Graham Wilbert will continue his efficient ways. This one will still probably get ugly sooner rather than later.

Fearless Prediction: Alabama 63 FAU 10

FIU (1-2) vs. #20 Louisville (3-0) 9/22

The Cardinals (3-0) are the darlings of the BigEast and recent news outlets are already talking about Louisville running the table. FIU is not who people thought they were. The Panthers are slipping and they could use a win and some momentum before heading into SBC competition. I am not yet on the Louisville hype train. Louisville looked like a killer for three quarters against North Carolina and then almost gave the game away late. The Cardinals will start fast against FIU. They also need to finish strong.

Fearless Prediction: Louisville 42 FIU 24

Around the Country

#4 FSU (3-0) vs. # 10 Clemson (3-0) 9/22

Fearless Prediction: FSU has too much offense and speed. FSU 42 Clemson 28

#6 Oklahoma (2-0) vs. #15 Kansas State (3-0) 9/22

Fearless Prediction: This is close early, but Oklahoma wins late. Oklahoma 28 Kansas State 24

#7 South Carolina (3-0) vs. Missouri (2-1) 9/22

Fearless Prediction: Missouri is physical and can score. South Carolina has a top 10 defense, but lacks consistency. Missouri 27 South Carolina 24

#11 Notre Dame (3-0) vs. #18 Michigan (2-1) 9/22

Fearless Prediction: Michigan's Denard Robinson is too much for Notre Dame to handle. Michigan 31 Notre Dame 24

#3 Oregon (3-0) vs. #22 Arizona (3-0) 9/22

Fearless Predictions: Typical PAC12 football. No defense, high scoring, Oregon dominates. Oregon 42 Arizona 24

Enjoy the picks and this weekend's games.

If the tide play their starters: 90 to negative 6.

What the score will be with backups in most of the game: 55 - 0.

Bama 93 FAU 0 and we are left with 8 players healthy after the game.  ;D

I'd also like to thank the hack job Tom DAngelo who took Corey Henry's quotes out of context, ran his typical uninformed garbage to get hits and has now caused quite a national stir amongst the national sports media (ESPN won't let it go now) and the Alabama faithful.

We are hours away from a crazed Bama fan poisoning our palm trees!

not that they needed any motivation to win, but with this blown-out Henry thing, they seem like they want to destroy us now, for that we pay… 70-0.

Hopefully our players come out alive!

70 to 3 Alabama rolls over us.They shut out western Kentucky 35-0. I think with the added fuel to the fire by Henry bama will be more relentless to pad the stats for Heisman hopefuls.
