FAU assistant Nick Caley will join the rest of the staff at Lawton Chiles High School in Tallahassee on Friday for a satellite camp.

FAU coaches will be in Tallahassee on Friday for the Owls' satellite camp at Lawton Chiles High School. The Owls are expecting to host a large group of recruits they usually wouldn’t see in Boca Raton - and that will include some targets at multiple positions.

Here a few names to know:

Tarrick Thomas OT - The three-star tackle won’t participate Friday because of an injury, but he confirmed that he will be on the sidelines. Thomas, who claims offers from Alabama, FSU and Mississippi State, was offered by the Owls back in February. He’s a 6-foot-4 lineman that could play on the left or right side of the line, and someone FAU would like to get on campus. His father Tarlos Thomas played at FSU and had a brief stint in the NFL.

RJ Harris DT/OG - FAU currently has no linemen committed to the “Fab 15” - which is something that will have to change unless they plan on running an A-11 offense in 2017. Harris, who could play both ways at the next level, is a defensive tackle that doubles as a guard. The three-star picked up an offer from USF on Thursday after the Bulls’ satellite camp in Panama City and is also hearing from ECU and Troy.

Michael Carter RB - It’s safe to say that with Charlie Partridge’s staff in place - all recruits are in play - and that includes Carter - a 2017 running back who already holds an offer from Tennessee. He will workout for the Owls and an offer could follow. Carter is from the same school as current FAU running back Jay Warren.

Kevin Dawson LB - Dawson will camp with the intent to earn an offer. The 5-foot-11, 233-pound inside linebacker is a teammate of R.J. Harris and plays a downhill style of football. Working with the coaches at the camp will provide a valuable in-person evaluation.

Ricky Henrilus ATH - A 2016 prospect, Henrilus could play wide receiver or defensive back. His size (5-foot-10) could make him an ideal corner if he continues to grow. Henrilus will be one of many talented prospects from Lincoln (a state power) expected to be in attendance.

Trey Trzaska TE - FAU tight end coach Chris Hurd recruits the Panhandle for the Owls, and Trzaska is a player in the area. He’s a tad undersized but could develop into a FBS prospect.

Jacob Douglas LB - Douglas will make the trip from Jacksonville for the camp along with a few of his teammates. He’s been offered by Charleston Southern.

Godby 2017 QB Peyton Scharinger will be at the camp today. His dad is the offensive coordinator at Godby - a program in which the Owls have signed a player out of the past two recruiting cycles (DB Lestar Thomas and LB Kris Harris).

Per 247Sports' Chris Nee who is on-site…

WR Travis Amey, TE Tripp Taylor and Brendan Loftus also on hand. Loftus was expected, he's another Godby kid.
