Win this one for Mike guys!

And y'all are gonna love this story. After tennis this morning up here in Cumming, Ga, (30 min. north of the ATL) my wife and I stopped at our local Kroger get somethings for the weekend and as we are about to get into my car with my FAU car flags, we hear "go Owls" and turns out the nice young lady parked next to my car graduated from FAU in 2002. Small world we live in.

Fly your flags, wear you Owl gear and let the world know about FAU and be surprised how many are FAU Alums or at least know of FAU - thanks to Coach S!

So glad there is an organized watch party up here for the FIU game this Thursday evening, hope any and all Owl fans up in the ATL Metro area can go to it (hope you got an e-mail inviting you from he Alumni Assoc. - if not a member - JOIN!). I was REALLY impressed and surprised at the nice size of the turnout for the UGA pre-game party at a restuarant in Athens two years back - nice turnout and fun too!

Just don't understand the mentality…definitely NOT like traditional programs.

Everything is centered around the game.

Here, it's a niche event that most seem to only want to do once in a while - schedule permitting.
