No. 19 Marshall (11-0, 7-0), will try to become just the third team in C-USA history to finish the regular season undefeated when it hosts WKU (6-5, 3-4) Friday at Noon EST. The game features a matchup of the two most productive quarterbacks in C-USA this season as Herd senior Rakeem Cato (188-of-322 for 2,897 yards and 28 TD passes) faces Hilltoppers senior Brandon Doughty (310-of-460 for 3,853 yards and 36 TD passes).
The West Division title will be decided when Louisiana Tech (7-4, 6-1) welcomes Rice (7-4, 5-2) to town for a game on Saturday. The Bulldogs lead C-USA in rushing defense and have intercepted a league-high 21 passes, while the Owls lead C-USA with a school-record 33 sacks.
Two other games will kick at Noon EST as Old Dominion visits Florida Atlantic and North Texas plays at UTSA. ODU senior QB Taylor Heinicke will close out his decorated career in Boca Raton, while 36 seniors that began the Roadrunners program from scratch will play their final game in San Antonio.
UAB (5-6, 3-4) heads to longtime rival Southern Miss (3-8, 1-6) with an opportunity to become bowl-eligible with a victory. These are two very improved defensive teams in 2014, with the Blazers allowing 13 points per game fewer than last season, while the Golden Eagles are surrendering a touchdown less than a year ago.
Middle Tennessee (6-5, 5-2) and UTEP (6-5, 4-3) are both bowl-eligible as they close out the regular season against each other in El Paso and they both like to run the ball. The Blue Raiders are second in C-USA in rushing offense at 209.7 yards per game, while the Miners are third in rushing at 209.3 per outing.

WKU 67 (19) Marshall 66 OT
Rakeem Cato threw seven touchdowns passes, but also had four intercepted as the Hilltoppers (7-5, 4-4 C-USA) defeated the Thundering Herd on Friday afternoon in an offensive thriller.
Brandon Doughty tossed a Conference USA record eight touchdowns himself, with two picks.
Collectively, the teams combined for 1,446 yards of total offense.
Marshall (11-1, 7-1) scored first in the extra period for a seven point lead, but WKU answered and opted for two and the win - which they got.
The Herd will still take on the winner of this weekend's Rice vs La Tech contest in the league Championship on Saturday, December 6.
