Its been a month since FAU has won a game as they are currently on a seven-game losing streak. During the losing streak the Owls are allowing 68.8 points per game while scoring 56.7 per game.
Last time on the hardwood the Owls lost to fellow cellar dweller Souther Mississippi 62-54. FAU trailed for the majority of the second half but an 11-2 brought the Owls within a possession of tying the game before the closing minutes. The Eagles then responded with a 6-0 run to put the game out of reach. Botley led the team with 18 points.
Currently last in Conference USA, every game is a must win from here on out for the Owls, who will also need significant help to qualify to play in the 2015 Conference USA Tournament.
