I'm looking for some help and guidance with this. I am traveling with some folks to the FAU v. Miami game and we need to find gluten free restaurants for some of our meals. It's an allergy not a food preference, so the restaurant should either have a separate gluten free menu (which usually indicates they have a separate prep area and grill for non-gluten items to lower cross-contamination) and/or a strict gluten free restaurant (food to go as well would be great).
I have started looking around on the 'net and I have an app for it to look, but it's hard to tell sometimes if the kitchen is truly gluten free and not simply a "gluten free menu item."
