After a career-best performance that included three passing touchdowns and a rushing score in a win over Old Dominion, FIU junior QB Alex McGough has been named the Conference USA Offensive Player of the Week.

The defensive honor went to Louisiana Tech senior CB Bryson Abraham, who had his third interception return for a touchdown this season in the Bulldogs win over Middle Tennessee.

Special Teams recognition went to Southern Miss senior KR Jalen Richard, who had a 95-yard kickoff return in the Golden Eagles victory at Charlotte.

C-USA Football Players of the Week are voted on by a panel of the league’s media.
