I'm surprised UM doesn't already have one, actually. Waiting out predictable afternoon storms is wasted time for everyone.
Personally, I'd like to see our non-stadium facilities (because it would be hard to compete with something like The Swamp) be comparable to the Big Boy programs in the state - same size weight room, really nice locker room, food, traditions hall, etc - but most importantly for our facilities to always be a step ahead of FIU for both recruiting and conference realignment purposes.
This upcoming Athletic Center, along with our existing stadium, will really put distance between us and our rivals down south. That's partly why it's important to fundraise as much as possible so we can build as much as possible in one fell swoop and not have to do it in phases where it wouldn't have the same immediate impact on recruiting.
