Solo homer puts FAU up 1-0 in the game's first at bat.
However, the Gators earn an RBI triple in the 2nd and see the batter come in off a throwing error.

His Final line: 5IP, 3H, 2R, 1ER, 3K, 1BB, 3K.
FAU puts two on with two outs for Labsan in the 6th, but he can't convert that activity to runs.
They are outhitting the home team 5-4 as they stretch in Gainesville, with no change in the score.

Lost by the same score, 2-1, last year at the Gainesville Regional, actually.
Very polar. Either we're within 1-2 runs of them (2-1, 5-4, etc) or they completely destroy us, like in the 2010 Gainesville Regional when we lost 15-0. They also beat us like16-1 once I think.
Hopefully we don't play in the Gainesville Regional again this year.

And they took NO chances, every single time we had a hint of offense - change.
Nice to be able to do that…
On a side note:
This Team has already surprised me…honestly thought it may be a "down" year when we had the injury big hit.
But wow, so far so good!
