You know you've been living in Boca too long when you see your HC has purchased a house for $2.1M and think, "That's it?"  

Right on the water though, close to FAU… nice!  

This is definitely new territory for us… nobody wrote/posted about Partridge or Schnellenberger's house. And Pelini lived "somewhere in downtown Delray".

I hope and pray he settles in to FAU and Boca, love the lifestyle, builds a successful program and stays a long time!
