@MLB…what a contrast between the weekend arms and mid-week arms. Eight walks. We were bragging about the strike/ball % but yesterday must have been horrid.

56%.  Definitely one to put behind us and move on.

Offensively, it will pick up. Sometimes a guy is hitting .400 through 20 or so games, and you know he'll finish around .300, which means he'll hit around .244 the last 36 games. We have some guys now that are well below the .300 - .330 at which they'll finish, and will hit above that for the rest of the year.

Last night wasn't a good night for C-USA. SMU blew an 8-3 lead throwing 58% strikes.

So, who had money on Charlotte being the last undefeated team in C-USA?

Charlotte is a hitting team. They also threw a 6'6" freshman lefty against us last year (I think it was Char.) that looked great. C-USA has become a Baseball conference. We could win it or we may be slightly behind four or five teams.
