Before you buy satellite, look into youtube TV. It's thirty-some-odd bucks a month. I've got quite a few sports channels (FS1 and 2, SEC, BTN, CBSS, the ESPNs and so on). And you can log-in from any computer, if you're traveling or whatever. Reading this back, I should say, I don't work for youtube…and generally dislike young-people things.

Thanks, my children watch everything on you tube but I had no idea there was a youtube TV with live sports.

Those damn hobbykidsTV and Ryanstoyreview have ruined my son!

As for satellite, the best experience we had was last year during Irma. I didn't lose signal once during the storm. I lost a fence, a tree, some shrubs, and didn't lose tv at all. (side note, I know that in 2004 during Hurricane Jean I think, Walty12 and his brother got to watch the FAU v Hawaii game on satellite during the storm while most everyone was without power and trying to listen on the radio in the middle of the night)

A day like today, I might lose it for a minute or two, which is what was so weird.
