Chain Gang BBQ - They had a "Texas-style BBQ" for our FAUNAA Board meeting in July… and it was BETTER THAN ACTUAL TEXAS BBQ AND I LIVE IN TEXAS!

The BBQ is being done by Chain Gang BBQ which is a local caterer and competitive BBQ team and they are freaking amazing. I've had 3 plates of their stuff before, only because I refused to walk away without feeling like I'd eaten as much as humanly possible.

What did you have specifically??

To answer your question from a while back Rick, I ate pulled pork (I made two sandwiches, with their famous cole slaw on top) ribs and chicken as well as the mac and cheese, salad, corn and baked beans. Like I said, I ate 3 plates. You'll love it!!!
