WKU has swept all three Conference USA Player of the Week award following the Hilltoppers league-opening 41-38 victory over Louisiana Tech.

WKU senior QB Brandon Doughty has been named the Offensive Player of the Week after throwing for more than 400 yards (441) for the third time in his last four outings.

The Defensive Player of the Week honor went to Hilltoppers junior S Marcus Ward, who set several career highs and forced a key turnover in the victory.

Special Teams recognition went to WKU sophomore KR/PR Kylen Towner, who had a 98-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

C-USA Football Players of the Week are voted on by a panel of the league’s media.
