I am happy for So Miss they didn't go winless this season and ended the season in a big way. Good for them.
Now they are tied with FIU in wins for the season.

North Texas 42  Tulsa 10

The Mean Green (8-4, 6-2) were Livin' on Tulsa Time for the first time in 45 years. they trailed after a period, but took matters into hand with a 35-0 run to close the content.

UNT RB Brandon Byrd romped for 251 yards and 3TD on the afternoon. His mark was the most for a C-USA back on the year thus far.

The Golden Hurricane depart C-USA with a disappointing 3-9 overall, and 2-6 conference showing.

Tulane 13  Rice 17

The Owls (9-3, 7-1) go scoreless in the second, and withstand a Green Wave (7-5, 5-3) rally attempt to take the West division title. This sets up a championship game against Marshall for next weekend.

Rice posted a 21-7 advantage in first downs and dominated time of possession by absorbing just under 40 minutes of play clock.

Tulane netted just 123 total yards for the day.

Good for them…our 1-11 season was unbearable…can't imagine how horrible that losing streak was to deal with.  I could imagine everyone must have been going crazy with whoever their OC40 is!

Completing a super efficient 17 of his 20 pass attempts, SR Roadrunner QB Eric Soza goes out in style.

UTSA (7-5, 6-2) will return most of their starters in 2014, and look poised to make a run should they find a capable replacement for Soza.

The Bulldogs (4-8, 3-5) were a concerning 2-of-17 on third downs, and couldn't find the scoreboard after the break.

UTEP 17  Middle Tennessee 48

The Blue Raiders (8-4, 6-2) racked up 629 yards of total offense on Saturday, which was just 56 yards shy of the program record. Logan Kilgore threw for 325 of them, and had 2 TD.

RB Nathan Jeffrey posted a game high 140 rushing yards and 2TD for the Miners.

MTSU led 24-0 before Jefferey's first score put UTEP (2-10, 1-7) on the board.
