FAU finished off Cincinnati this afternoon 11-9 with another late rally after being down 9-6. Mike McBryde looked great pitching two scoreless innings to finish it out to earn the win. FAU stole 7 more bases to run their total to 16 after only 3 games. With no homers and 16 steals I think we can officially change our team name to the Runnin' Owls. Great to see a 3-0 start, but were going to need to do better than the 10 errors we had this weekend against a good TCU(3-0) team next weekend.

I totally agree. Our defense and middle relief were horrible against Cincinnati. But we did get three solid performances from our starting pitchers and Mike McBryde was throwing gas in the closer's role.

Bottom line, three games, three comebacks, three wins.
