Yes, someone needs to stick a shovel in the ground soon. I don't believe there was any intentional misleading either, but if too much time passes before something gets started, it will be hard to convince some of these kids it isn't a lie.

Things will start dropping off and recruits will be the first, unfortunately.

Hurricane Wilma damaged the roof to the point where it will have to be replaced this summer. There is a temporary roof on the building right now. The floor was damaged by water that came in through the roof. The floor was repaired only enough to get through the immediate season and will have to be worked on again this summer.

The first thing Doherty wanted was to renovate the locker rooms. However from what I heard last (the last home game) this has not been accomplished.

There wasn't much time after Wilma to get everything done, if I remember correctly we barely had enough time to get the roof & floor done to start the season.

Unfortunately, the locker room did take a back-seat.

Thanks for the correction on the status on the gym. With the work that needs to be done maybe this should be factored into the decision on the future of the gym and the stadium.
