What a tough loss-but at least they showed some heart hanging in there and nearly coming back to win. What really hurt me tonight wasnt this loss, it was the rumor going around that Mickey Storey is seriously hurt. Supposedly he heard a pop in his throwing arm and felt pain. He's going for an MRI soon. Im hoping this will turn out to not be true but what a devastating loss he would be to the team. Youd think FAU would have used up their quota on bad luck for one lifetime last year, but now with Schmal and apparently Storey going down it seems the bad luck has followed us to this year. Keep your fingers crossed for Mickey taht the news wont be bad fromt he MRI!! :(

Damn you hate to see any athlete go down on injury and that's just magnified by 50 times in baseball. Pitchers have such a hard time coming back from injury. Good luck Mickey baby let's go!

Sad news it is, I hope it's not to serious and hoping for a quick and solid recovery for Storey.

Martin must have nerves of steel. FAU had bases loaded, 2 outs. Marting is up and the first two pitches are strikes. He keeps his cool and the next four pitches were balls and forces in a run.
