Doesn't really matter if we get the 6 or 7 seed though, both will avoid playing ULL in the first 'round' of the double-elimination SBC tourney.

5. ULM 15-14 (no games left, lost a game to rainout, we own tiebreaker)
6. FAU 14-15 (we own tiebreaker after winning 2 of 3 againt WKU)
7. WKU 14-15
8. So. Ala 12-16 (lost a game to rainout)
9. FIU 12-16 (lost a game to rainout)
10. Ark St. 12-17
The SBC Tourney is a double-elimination, but with two divisions. The 1,4,5, and 8 seeds in one division, the 2,3,6,7 in another. So, it really doesn't matter if we finish 6 or 7. I doubt Cooney would want to finish 5th in order to play ULL, but he knows more about these teams than I do.

We're in, but I sure would love to see a sweep to finish the regular season AND knock FIU out. Although I think FIU needs both a win & a So. Alabama loss to get in.
Go Owls!
From what I have read, both have to happen for FIU to get in. If FIU wins and USA wins today, the season for FIU ends.

BOMBack and Block hit two-run jacks in the first, followed by an RBI single by Travis Ozga a little later in the inning.
