Alex Fonseca hit a two-run homer to lead FAU to a 3-2 win over Campbell. FAU is now 17-1 on the year. Doubleheader day tomorrow at 1pm.

Cambell is a dangerous team. I hope KC doesn't stick with any of his starters too long, like he did with Beam last night. Randy had 8 strike outs, but 10 hits when he got pulled. Granted some of them were bunts ( I think 4) but they hit him good a few times. Why not bring in a fresh, strong arm to shut them down. Is the lack of confidence in the "closers" that great? Knight got lucky on the double play put out by Albano. I think the runner beat the tag, but thankfully this time the umps lousy call was to our benefit. What was that runner thinking anyway? On another note, does anyone know if the Tues. 3/16 game against Iona is a double header with the first game starting at 4PM? Today's dh will be the first of several this season so it will be interesting to see how our guys hold up and how KC uses his bench. Can we 'snuff out' the Camels? (What were they smokin' when they chose that as their name?) Go Owls!
