FIU also split with FGCU while winning - as we did - on the road and losing at home…

If FIU wins tomorrow, they will be in no matter what, and that could hurt FGCU's consideration for sure…

If they lose, then what? Troy or ASU will get the automatic qualify…but what about FIU and FGCU? Chose between them?

Or, are they both out?

For the conference, it's better for FIU to get in, but I think FGCU should be the team rewarded if FIU doesn't win the tournament.  They proved themselves over an entire schedule instead of a 4-day stretch.  Not enough reward is given to those that win the regular season…same can be said in basketball.  I know tournaments are what get people interested, but dominating your conference (any conference) in a season, is a big accomplishment and much more difficult.

Baseball America put out their FINAL national seeds projections and it is inline with SEBaseball's projections.  Florida and Miami predicted to host.  No FSU as a host site.  That means we are most likely going to Gables or Gainesville.  Hopefully FSU will be shipped out to Arkansas or Auburn so we don't have to see Florida AND FSU or Miami AND FSU.
