Yes the ratings are low for the most part, maybe a million homes, mostly less, enough people watch to make it worth while for the networks to broadcast. The ratings aren't the point though. The point is that they are on TV and that means something to the recruits and their families. Just being able to say that you have games that are on National TV helps, no matter if anyone watches.
