Well, we're making a comeback of sorts in the ninth. RBI double by Stevens and now we have two on and one out down 6-1.

OK, forget the comeback….Arata grounds into a double play to end the game. We've dug ourselves a huge hole here.

What a shame. What a time for the bats to go silent for some key players in key spots. The losers bracket is not what we needed with our limited pitching.

Bummer, the task does become harder, not impossible. The bats can get hot in a hurry, tomorrow will be another day with a fresh start.

up early in the loser's bracket today… 2-1 in the 3rd inning

After WKU tied it at 2-2 in the bottom of the fourth, we scored three in the top of the sixth on an RBI single by Bomback and a two-run double by Mr. Sun Belt Conference POY. We've pounded out 11 hits already, so it seems our bats woke up this morning.

When we win, we play tomorrow morning at 10 a.m ET against the loser of the MTSU/UNO game. If we can play MTSU again, it will almost be like softball, where we lost to FIU in the first game then knocked them out later on.

7-6…. bottom 9… 2 outs… we're hanging on to a ONE run lead… bradley just hit a batter… 1 on, 2 out… LET'S GO BULLPEN!!!!!

GOOD WIN! O.B. came in the 9th with 2 out and got the last out only only 6 pitches…. so he should prolly be our game 3 starter tomorrow
