Monkman was as good tonight as I have ever seen a pitcher been. Great job.

good job by the team tonight by making the comeback and taking the W. Nice to see the team that matured from last season. Still early in conference play and in the season, but if they can keep playing like this we could make a great run through the conference and tournament play.

Monkman was unbelievable. He does a great job of hiding the ball in his wind up and with the side arm delivery has to make to vey tough on hitters. I think this game could have been very different if the MTSU right fielder didn't make the boneheaded play calling off the second baseman on the pop up. Really gave us momentum

Exactly right delta. Calling off the second baseman and not making the play was huge. Also the error by the left fielder, letting the ball get past him, was huge. These are games that a year ago we would have lost.. Pitching won this game. Relief  pitching.

So this team has learned a lot from last season and that experience from last season has translated to this season to what is needed to win. The rotation is led by Drew Jackson and we have a bullpen that can eat up innings and is anchored by Bo Logan. it will be fun to watch.

Spoke with Emerson a little last night. He gets that FAU is kicking butt. He said he and WPTV know that the #19 team in the country is right here in Boca. Thanks Emerson.
