E8 Kerr reaches via BB, but #FAU is retired in order thereafter. Rhodes looks to hold the deficit to a pair in his 2nd inning on the mound.

M9 Rhodes (1.2IP, 1H, 0R, 2K) gets two out before Reily Monkman takes the hill for the last. #FAU down to last three outs, and trail 2-0.

B9 Owls have Endris on 1st, with two outs. Now would be a great time for a #Homerun with Spangler in the box.

B9 Eagles commit a fielding error, allowing Spangler to reach. Owls on the corners, Traverso in to pinch run for Endris. Chatham up.

Game II on Saturday has been moved to 1:00 PM. #FAU will look to snap a four game slide. The Owls have just three total runs for the span.

This team has all the God-given physical talent it needs. It just needs to develop the mental talent that compliments the physical talent and makes it productive. The lineup is young, it will come, though it is disappointing that it hasn't come along as much as we hoped to this point.
#FAU Baseball vs SMiss GII: 2B Kerr, SS Morales, RF Sanger, C Meyer, DH Rocklein, CF Endris, 1B Santiago, 3B Chatham, LF Bonilla, P Strawn.
