Yea I am!! Losing to a 1-6 St.Johns at home is not good. Winning the serious Vs. Rice, USM, ECU is fine
Dropping a game here to Monmouth  there to St.Johns adds up.
It hurts because if FAU hopes to finish in top 15 and maybe host they CAN NOT DROP THESE GAMES!!

So your delusional dreams can get in check…we will not HOST anything even if we are #1.  This loss was meaningless.  If they lose tomorrow, that's something to talk about.  But a loss today is nothing.  Start a fire McCormack thread, it's what you are good at.

No am good at being right about things. I have been right about every coach I have said should be fired.
I mean you were one of the guys that thought the program was heading in the ''right direction'' when we were 2-6. Sorry I find losing to St.Johns disappointing for a team that has an outside shot at Omaha.

and we were….we were 6-6… pelini would have won those 4 games as well.  going from 3 wins to 6 is improvement.  and we will not be hosting any games.

OC40 is right about the losses coming back to bite us. We need to sweep the series that we should sweep. FIU is now getting more recognition than FAU because they are sweeping teams. Taking 2/3 of the conference games are great. But we need to take every game against the northern teams "practicing "down here. I'm not saying we will be out of any tournament. I'm only saying sweeping these teams would help come May. P.S. Our Baseball facilities will NOT be hosting any tournament. Not in it's current condition.

I don't think there is guarantee Jupiter can host it either. There is a minor league baseball game there every day with two teams that use the stadium. So my guess even if we were a 1 seed we probably would be on the road. Maybe we could host the super regional since it's only two teams, but doubtful. And idk what type of condition the old spring training stadium next to Lockhart is in, but I'm guessing not great. 

...plus the other 3 teams in a Regional have the opportunity to bid on being the host site so even if we are the "one" seed in a regional, the chances are good that the other 3 teams have bigger and better facilities and can guarantee attendance to secure the hosting site...
