We won. Scored tons of runs. But this Charlotte team can hit. We need to come out Sunday ready to play. We need strong pitching early. It would be nice to get a lead early and take the pressure off the pitchers. Marc Stewart looked confident the whole game. He has become a strong pitcher for FAU. C.J. had a pretty good game . Nice to see John play some guys that normally don't. This FAU team has huge potential.

CJ was a no brainer. Few have better days then he had. FAU jumping all over  Charlotte in first inning. This is what we needed.

Good lord . The 49ers are a hitting club. Can't believe their record. A far better team then the record shows.

49ers  reliever Holden Capps makes us look bad. 6 plus innings of relief , zero runs. Our bats were silenced . First series loss of the year and Charlotte deserves it. They beat us all week end.

Disappointing series

It was one for the records book, but FAU comes out on the wrong side of it. Charlotte pounded out 15 hits to the Owls' eight.  Despite only pitching one inning and allowing a run, Robbie Coursel takes the loss on the hill.
