I think they need to start playing more small ball. Try stealing some bases, dropping down more sacrifice bunts, and maybe throw in some squeeze plays. If we don't start generating in offense in alternative ways we are just going to continue to lose games 3-2. It's getting to the point I am expecting us to ground into a double play.

At the minimum, more more hit & run, but without the power option, yes we need to mix in much more small ball IMHO!

And as to the original question, panic, no, but be concerned, yes.

this team is doing ok. all teams struggle at times, but we got a lot of young players, and they are gaining experience. I still see this team making the post season.

We still  need for Morales to get healthy and get into a regular line up. We are fine. Think back to last year when Coach "ticked off" quite a few parents by tinkering with the starting rotation to try and get them going. We have some very young hitters that will get better with time. I would rather have early hitting problems then early pitching problems. Patients.

Coach Mac can tinker all he wants…given results, he could easily go somewhere else if he wanted to, but chooses to be loyal to his roots. We are Blessed to have him leading the way.

u go to the conference usa website and look at the baseball standings. we are only two games behind rice who is leading the conference. so if we take the series from them wheather by a sweep or two game to one series victory we be in position to make a run at the season title.

Who cares what parents feel in college sports?  The only concerns that would be valid and have any reason to be heard would be safety.

As far as the lineup or playing time…nobody should care how the players parents feel.

Teambeer is the most knowledgeable FAU sports fan I know, way smarter than me.
