Its interesting to see how big league teams handle these exhibition games. The Cardinals gave us a mix of front line prospects and a few journeymen to face. The Marlins obviously have a different approach-Miguel Cabrera just hit a homerun off of the Univeristy of Miami in the 3rd inning of their game today. The Marlins are using their major league starters like Cabrera,Jacobs,Ramirez,etc for at least the first few innings. EVen though the chances of getting beaten badly would increase its too bad the Cardinals didnt put some major leaguers out there just so our guys could see what its like to face major leaguers.
