As posted above; He was the QB MVP at the Miami Nike Opening Regional.

He WILL BE RATED HIGHER AND SOON! Let's all pray Coach P and staff can start keeping the top and highly rated early commits!

Between Huntley and Parr we'd be set at QB

Well he just de-commited.
It would nice is this "super16" class had more then 3 kids in it with legit other D-1offers.
This class honestly right now is shaping up not to be very strong at all.

Charlie has to win this year the novelty is wearing off.

With Parr most likely redshirting with 4 years slotted as the starter…I dont blame him.

That being said, we are in August…signing day is a long, long way off.

OC40 and Walty , you both are correct. Owlshak, I agree. Lets use that scholarship on a position of need. QB is not a need this year.

Barring an injury, QB wont be a position of need for a few years.  It has to be difficult to talk a recruit that has BCS offers into coming in as a backup at FAU.  We need competition and depth at the position, which means at a school like ours we recruit kids that we can develop and fit the culture.

OC40 is definetly right about needing to win though.  Winning cures all, and we need a good season.

Talent and depths on the OLine and DLine is what I worry about most.  We have to win and continue to change the perception of FAU football to compete for the higher potential recruits in that area.

QB is a need every year for every school.
You never know when a QB isn't going to work out.
This staff has said in the past they will take a QB every year.

"Commitment" in college recruiting is as close to the actual meaning of the word as "friends" is on social media.

We need an overhaul of the system so coaches don't end up with holes to fill. If you commit that should mean something. Right now they commit just so they have something and then switch when a higher offer comes along.

The players have too much power in this game.
