FAU has added another commitment to the 2020 cycle in 5-10", 155 lbs wide receiver Justin McKithen, who announced his verbal commitment over social media Friday.

The three-star wideout, who hails from Bloomingdale, Georgia, first caught the attention of FAU offensive line coach Jeff Norrad during the spring evaluation period and was invited down for an unofficial visit. McKithen, who made the trip Boca with mom and dad on June 22nd, gave his verbal commitment to the coaching staff a couple of days after his visit but chose to wait until the timing was right to make his announcement.

"How I will be used in the offense is what put FAU on top for me,'' McKithen told FAUOwlsnest.com via phone. ''They want to use me in the slot, and use my speed on Jet sweeps, and in the passing game.''

The speedy receiver ran a laser 4.32 40 yard dash at a regional Opening combine back in April, and has put up 1701 all-purpose yards and 19 total touchdowns at New Hampsted highschool. McKithen also made it states in both the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes running best times of 10.58 and 21.42 respectively.

McKithen, who plans on signing during the early signing period, which starts December, 19th 2019, told FAUOwlsnest.com, that he plans on taking another unofficial visit to Boca for the Owls' much anticipated game vs UCF.

Mckithen becomes the 4th commit of the 2020 Cycle for FAU, joining Quarterback Anthony Romph, Running Back Frank Gore Jr. and offensive linemen Andre Lamas.
