The game is not over though. Texas and MSU are very difficult teams to come back against. Minnie has wholes that we can exploit - as long as we can execute and do that. Fred O'Connor talks about the jailbreak and bomb play. That basically means that Gent takes one step forward, stops and comes back under two other receivers. It's like a screen play for the WR. That's the jailbreak.

But O'Connor keeps talking about faking that play to Gent and watching the defense bite on it and throw a fly pattern down the opposite side line.

Our linebackers need to start flying to the ball and playing with the attitude of "I won't make a mistake, and if I do, my other teammates won't let it go for a TD."

Last year, we were flying all over the field to break up plays.

I have a bad feeling about conference play. I just think we have reverted this year. Our conference will be a lot tougher this year. So far we have no offense or defense.....

I don't want to take anything away from the FAU defense on that play, but there were other defenders around and anything less than an interception would have been inexcusable.
