Lets remember that while Pelini hasn't lit the world on fire as of yet, he is a rookie coach.  He has never been in this position before.  You give him until the end of next season to evaluate him.

Pelini better start having conversations with the O Coordinator he brought in with this dynamic spread offense he promised.  Wilbert went back to playing like garbage, what bothers me is he has the physical abilities to play the position just doesn't seem to be able  to handle the pressure.  Watching him Saturday night and then the Ryder Cup Sunday made me sick.

People want to call it a choke job, and granted, Stricks, Fyruk and Woods (who I think struggles in the Ryder because he can't fathom winning for anyone other than himself) definitely tightened up when the pressure rose but the Euros (particularly the Brits) came through in the clutch!

Wilbert on Saturday was Stricker on Sunday. He calmed down a bit at times but we saw some flashes of 2011 in there for sure.

We are the worst redzone team in the nation, we have to be. We'll march 60 yards like Alabama then fumble when we hit the 9 yard line. Brutal.
