BTW, with all due respect to UNT, Coach has made the point numerous times that some SBC teams have reached their ceiling. 20k for a home opener with a brand-new coach is about as good as it will get for UNT. They have been playing since 1913! FAU, FIU, UCF and  USF are growing, changing institutions that are likely to look far different in ten years than more established schools (like UNT and ULL) will… imagine what FAU football will be like on its 100th anniversary!

A win is a win, Ill take it anyway we can get it, especially with a conference victory.  The defense started out awful, and the mean green ran right over us with that spread out offense.  I must say that towards the end of the third quarter we were like a fine tuned machine, everything working in conjunction.  OWLS 4 MEAN GREEN 0  looks like their going to have to wait another year.
