Finishing the game with no injuries, a fat check and cover the spread and I will consider that a victory.

+1

My predectino to my boss who is Gator Fan.

UF up by 2 TD's at half, Game over by mid 3rd and UF has scrubs in.

I can only hope that after the 3rd quarter if its a blow out, that we put our 2nd stringers in too to get some experience. If were getting paid for an advanced tranining game, lets get some advanced training for as many players as possible.

I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick @$$ and I'm out of bubble gum.

The problem is you can't stop 2nd and 3rd stringers from scoring and playing their hardest, they want to impress so they score as often as possible…that's how we end up not covering the spread against these teams.

Fun facts: FAU is 0-6 ATS in their last 6 road games, 2-6 ATS in their last 8 non-conf games and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 SEC games.

I am not going to take the Owls and the points, I was just stating what I would consider a victory.  I might take the over, but I normally just stay away from Owl and Noles games.

GO OWLS!

Great answer and the trifecta for me, staying within 2 td's would make the day a grandslam!

New Gator Head Man Will Muschamp weighs in on FAU and the upcoming match-up...sounds like they may have some O-line woes of their own based on his comment at the 1:55 mark...but I bet you could talk to them about it, in contrast to ours who won't talk about football and have imposed a media gag order.

Gator QB John Brantley says his back is "a bunch of soreness and tightness, nothing major at all."

Back shouldn't bother Brantley

Part of me is worried that Muschamp will use this game as a "Hey look at us, we're back and we're better than ever" game and really run up the score.  I don't really know anything about the guy or his personality, but in the SEC a huge blowout may be required if the gators want to compete for the top spot. (not saying they do or don't have a chance, just a thought)  I'm having nightmares about a 88-10 score.

I dont see that happening….closer to a 42-13 score… I think we hold are own for a half

Here's an updated 2 Deep released by FAU today, Aug. 30th…….

This will be it for Saturday, unless an injury occurs in between now and then.

Colley back in the one spot @ center…that "should" help get the ball to the QB.
