Is anyone else upset about the date and time of this game???  Friday night at 8 just doesn't seem right.

It's called being on national tv ESPNU.  If it wasn't being televised nationally then I would have a problem.  In my mind Angelos reason for being fired was scheduling the Wagner game on a Friday.

They are in the minority now. Most believe he should be given some time to right the ship. The O was expected to be the weak link this year, despite where the prognosticators said we should finish. The O is better than expected but the D has regressed and ST is still a mess (when it is a toss up for the long snapper spot you know you are in trouble!). Mario is young, he is still learning but has shown he has the potential to be an exceptional coach. He just needs to learn faster. I suspect we may have a new DC next year, because at the end of the day results not potential that counts.

Been there done that…

I'll be honest, with the right guys around him, he can succeed.

He's not a strategist, he's more of a motivator…great at selling, but can't operate the product.

Not a knock, everyone has specialized areas.

Off topic, but DOHerty was the same type of coach for us…charismatic, great communicator…be he needed an X's & O's man…that was Walters…Walters was a lousy communicator, and had no people skills.

Just MHO, though.

Not sure if you can blame Angelos for that one.

The only reason the game was played on Friday, was because it was cheaper for Wagner to travel on Thursday-Saturday rather than Friday-Sunday.

My wife can go see her blood sucking vampires tween movie bomb.
And I can watch the Owls bomb the crap out of the sucking Kitties.

Rivalry games - can't lose it.  Can't even think they're going to lose it.  FAU 31, FIU 24.  FAU wins in a shoot out!
