"FAU students with a valid and current Owl Card will be eligible to purchase one (1) ticket per ID for $5 on game day at the FIU Stadium. These tickets will be located in the FAU section. They will be sold starting at 1 p.m. on game day and will be available at the R. Kirk Landon Football Fieldhouse Ticket Booth, attached to FIU Stadium on the west side of the stadium. Cash or credit will be accepted at this ticket booth."
You can thank Dexter LaMont and the FAU Ticket office for this effort!
This is awesome, but do the students know?
We know about it here in our little world, but what about the students in Boca, Davie, Fort lauderdale!

The Golden Panthers relived their nightmare from last season as they began preparations for FAU in Don Shula Bowl VIII at FIU Stadium on Saturday night at 7 p.m.
"Everybody was celebrating. It was a good time for them,'' said FIU fullback John Ellis, of the heartbreaking loss to the Owls. "We watched how they rushed the field after the game, and they showed a shot of the scoreboard. It got us pretty motivated for this game.''
A little more than a year ago, FIU was on the verge of becoming bowl eligible for the first time in the program's seven-year history.
The Panthers twice led the Owls by 14 points in the fourth quarter of Shula Bowl VII at Dolphin Stadium.
With a relentless offense, FIU took leads of 36-22 and 50-36 in the fourth quarter only to see FAU storm back and force overtime.

The Owls need to finish the season on a good note and this would be a good win for us to get under our belt. The running looks like will be a factor today
