Quez was healthy last years when we layed eggs Vs UNT, MTSU and Wyoming on offense.
If Quez is hurt why are you making him try and make the most difficult throw in football in a pressure situation?
Hey maybe try and get Trey R in space
Trey only had one touch after the lighting delay and he was avg 6.5 on the ground and 8 in the air.
Please stop making excuses for this staff they show 0 creativeness or killer instinct.Posted On: Oct 12th 2015, 10:23 AM #350450
We don't have the line we had, nor the other threats either. They work off of each other.
Ever since he went down at Miami, we have not been the same.
Argue that.

Ok that's easy.
1st we have tons of weapons on offense and during that game 4 out of 5 olinemen started at least a game for us last year (the other is a transfer)
But because our 4th year senior QB is what 80 percent we cant pick up five yards vs the 120th ranked D in the country. (Keep the excuses coming)
You still have not answered why we had the 103rd ranked Offence last year.
This staff is just full of losers and their record reflects it.

We have more options this year both in passing and rushing IMO, but we need his running game in tact to gets us over the hump and make up for a pretty bad defense overall.
We are 68th in offense right now without his running game. If we had it, I firmly believe we would be 3-2 right now instead of 1-4. And probably somewhere in the neighbor hood of the mid 40's on offense.

Gotta say I'm with OC on this one, mainly because Charlie should have enough pressure to make a move placed on him. Remember, President Kelly, who is used to winning 10 games a season for the last like 15 years, didn't hire Chun, so hopefully he's applying the right amount of pressure to ensure we're headed in the right direction as a program.
I feel that Wright is the move to make, least amount of impact to recruiting (Roc was hired largely because of his recruiting ties down here) and I never felt that his offense really "fit" the type of talent we can easily get here in south Florida. If we're building an offense around Daniel Parr or Driskel, then we need to look like WKU does right now.

We have got to have the SLOWEST "uptempo O" in the country. WAY TOO MANY stops and long delays at the line before the plays are run. Our conditioning is suspect at the minimum as this team still runs out of gas in the 4th qtr., even at home in the S. FL heat and humidity. There is NO WAY low level Group of 5 teams like Buffalo and Wyoming should EVER control the 4th qtr here at home, yet they both have. If we actually ran a fast paced O the opponents would NOT BE ABLE TO BEAT US IN THE 4th qtr over and over!
We can't even get our O to make 10 yards in 4 downs let alone to score and BUILD the lead or at worst drive and score to win by a TD OR late FG, we don't even get that opportunity for our kickers as we fail on our final "drive" every time.
You gentlemen want to sell tickets and pay for this stadium, then you had better hire a competant OC who will get this team in shape and score to build a lead. Not sit on it and pray the D stops 'em everytime. We HAVE TO GET THE BOISE/WKU mentality or we will fail at FAU!
I want this team and the stadium to be successful but as of now I don't see it happening and this is one from LOYAL but "disgruntled" Alum (Class of '79) from Atlanta who WILL BE AT THE STADIUM this weekend with wife and a friend to root for the Owls over Marshall. We all also went to the Charlotte game to (VERY ugly but a win!) and the UM watch party up here too!
