I've had similar problems in the past and found it was asier to call Shelly directly and now she is gone :( There is no excuse for not having someone answer a phone call regarding ticket sales.

I agree Bytor, calling Shelley was always the easiest way to get things done. She was very apologetic when I spoke with her before she left that she didn't know who was going to take her place. Hopefully someone will take the lead in the ticket office and get things organized.

People - call Christine at 561-297-0579. I ordered tickets with her yesterday. She is awesome and very responsive. I believe she said she is the director of ticket sales, not sure though. I had been callling the 866 number for 2 days....what a mess. Luckily I was transferred to Christine!

866 number worked fine for me today. And Christine is very helpful and understanding.

Also, (561)297-1018 is the number I had to call, very helpful. Got me 4 extra tickets right next to my season tickets.
